Privacy Policy
Last updated August 7, 2026. This policy applies to the Klaros AI platform at meetklaros.com and covers pilot and early-access customers.
Klaros AI is in active pilot development. This is our working privacy policy, kept accurate to what the product actually does. A counsel-reviewed version will replace it as we move customers past the pilot stage.
Who we are
Klaros AI ("Klaros", "we", "us") operates an executive operations platform that connects to a business's existing tools (CRM, email, calendar, finance, and similar systems) and surfaces recommendations and automated actions inside a single workspace.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, and organization name for the people who sign up and use Klaros.
- Usage and audit data: actions taken in the product, recommendations generated, and audit logs kept for security and accountability.
- Connected app data:when you authorize an integration (for example Gmail, Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Google Ads, or similar), we read and, where you've approved it, write data through that provider's API on your organization's behalf. We only request the access scopes each integration needs to do its job.
- Operational telemetry: latency, error rates, and similar system metrics used to keep the service running. This is not sold to third parties.
How we use data
- Provide and operate the Klaros service for your organization.
- Generate recommendations and automated actions within your own tenant — your data is never used to generate output for another organization.
- Detect and prevent security incidents, abuse, and fraud.
- Provide support and respond to requests you send us.
Security
Connected-app credentials (OAuth tokens and API keys) are encrypted at rest and scoped to your organization; other organizations on Klaros cannot access them. Access to production systems is restricted to the team operating the service.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of infrastructure and AI providers to run Klaros. As of this policy's last-updated date, that includes:
- Hosting & compute: Vercel.
- Database & authentication: Supabase (PostgreSQL).
- AI / language models: Anthropic, Google, and other model providers accessed through our AI gateway, used to generate recommendations and summaries inside your workspace.
- Email delivery: Resend.
- Payments: Stripe, for billing only.
Each subprocessor only receives the data necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own data protection terms.
Data location
Klaros infrastructure runs in the United States. If your organization requires data residency in another region, contact us before onboarding.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your organization's data by contacting us at the address below. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the Connected Apps page, which revokes Klaros's access to that provider.
Retention
We retain your data for as long as your organization has an active account, plus a reasonable period for backups and legal compliance. When you disconnect an integration, we stop syncing new data from it; previously synced data is deleted on request.
