Terms of Service
Last updated August 7, 2026. These terms govern use of the Klaros AI platform at meetklaros.com during the pilot and early-access phase.
Klaros AI is in active pilot development. These are our working terms, kept accurate to how the pilot actually runs. A counsel-reviewed version will replace them as we move customers past the pilot stage.
The service
Klaros AI provides an executive operations platform: connected-app integrations, AI-assisted recommendations, and automated actions taken on your behalf within a single workspace ("the Service").
Pilot terms
- The Service is provided as-is during the pilot phase, with no uptime SLA unless separately agreed in writing.
- Either party may end a pilot with 7 days' written notice.
- We may use anonymized, aggregated feedback and usage metrics to improve the product. We do not use your organization's underlying business data to train models for other customers.
- You retain ownership of your business data at all times.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful activity conducted through the Service.
- No attempt to access another organization's data or breach tenant isolation.
- No reverse engineering of the Service except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- No use of the Service to violate the terms of a connected third-party provider (e.g. HubSpot, QuickBooks, Google).
Connected apps
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Klaros to access it under the scopes shown at connect time. You can revoke that access at any time from the Connected Apps page in your workspace. Klaros is not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party services we integrate with.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klaros's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Klaros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Klaros AI is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This clause will be finalized with counsel before these terms are used to bind paying customers outside the pilot phase.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product and pilot program evolve. Material changes will be communicated to active pilot organizations before taking effect.
